| Svoi.NET PHP Edit 5.3 is one of the best PHP editors I have come across, low on resources with a straightforward and simple GUI. File manager, tabbed windows, well defined search/replace functions and good syntax highlighting.
Svoi.NET PHP Edit 5.3 does require you to sign up for an activation code but it is quick and easy and is well worth the 30 seconds it takes to register.
