- Preparing Professional Receipt Vouchers if you need to provide a written receipt for any cash/ cheque payment you receive.
- Checking your bank balances for accuracy. Banks sometimes do make mistakes you know
- Keep a close watch on how your household income is spent.
- View a monthly or a yearly graphical chart of your expenses or income accounts. You can easily make decisions now on where you are overspending and where you need to cut down.
- Easily identify sudden surges e.g in your electric or gas bill, telephone bill which could be an indication of a billing error on the other party.
