Audio routing:
Each of the four jingleplayers can be routed to its own dedicated
soundcard. But if you have less than four soundcards in your system, more
players can share the same output. The more soundcards you have in your
system, the more players can play simultaneously. In most cases, two soundcards
is sufficient.
Audio formats:
JingleBox plays audiofiles of the WAV format. This uncompressed
audio format still offers the best possible quality. Jingles and promos
are normally short audio clips. You can store hundreds of these short
audiofiles on just a few gigabytes of harddisk space.
System requirements:
JingleBox runs on any modern PC with almost any soundcard. JingleBox runs on WindowsXP, Windows2000, Windows98, en WindowsME. Depending on your operating system, Microsoft DirectX version 8.0 or higher must be installed.
