IconEdit2 is a TrueColor Icon Editor for Windows 7/Vista/XP/200x/NT4/ME/98. It supports ICO, ICL, NIL, EXE, DLL, GIF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG and PNG for open/extract/convert to icons. Can save your work as ICO (TrueColor, 256-color or 16-color, up to 256x256 pixels), as well as GIF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG or PNG files. Allows painting, undo/redo, search for icons in your files and capture any screen area. Contains several sample icons.

There are two license types: Basic and Professional. Basic license allows saving 16x16, 32x32, and 48x48 icons only. Professional license allows saving 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 96x96, 128x128, and 256x256 icons. One license allows using IconEdit2 at one computer at a time.
